Herbal Walks and Talks

Learn all about free food and free medicine with the abundance of medicinal plants all around us.
Norton common nature reserve has some beautiful routes for short walks and talks. This herbal walk would be suitable for any physical level as we will only be staying within the close facilities of the common and not walking very far. You can take things at your own pace without any commitment pressure and are welcome to leave at any time during the session.

This includes a guided informative tour about the local herbs we see every day in and around Norton Common. This also includes a wonderful notebook and pen to help you take notes and a warming cup of herbal tea, or two after the talk.

This is a herbal walk and talk group with a warm friendly welcome and a safe space for like-minded people. Foraging knowledge at all levels is welcome and group input is most welcome. We are all learning together that's what makes this fun.
